JSIKTI: Journal of Information Systems and Applied Computer Technology Indonesia, Volume 3 Number 3 (March 2021) features applied information system research contributed by STMIK STIKOM Indonesia and Universitas Mulawarman. The articles in this volume explore the design of a web-based incoming and outgoing mail management system for SD Negeri 3 Sesetan Denpasar, the development of a web-based inventory management system, and a web-based student boarding house recommendation system using the Naïve Bayes method. Additional studies include the implementation of a financial information system for PT Total Lintas Samudera and a qualitative methodological analysis of Instagram ratio data using an exploratory research approach.

This issue demonstrates the commitment of both institutions to advancing applied computing solutions that address administrative, organizational, and analytical needs. Through practical system design and data-driven methods, the volume strengthens the role of information systems in supporting digital transformation within educational institutions, businesses, and research environments in Indonesia.
