JSIKTI: Journal of Information Systems and Applied Computer Technology Indonesia, Volume 8 Number 4 (June 2026) presents a collection of applied research in information systems, educational technology, image processing, and agricultural informatics contributed by researchers from the Institut Bisnis dan Teknologi Indonesia (INSTIKI), Okayama University (Japan), and National Taiwan University of Science and Technology (NTUST). Furthermore, this issue features advanced computational research on classifying Indonesian batik motifs by region using the Swin Small Transformer architecture, as well as an enhanced rice disease classification model that integrates CLAHE and transfer learning techniques on leaf image data to support precision agriculture.
